Business Development Director (UK/EU) — Patient Recruitment & Retention

An established clinical services patient‑recruitment and retention specialist helps biopharma companies find, enrol, and support patients in clinical research. They’re expanding fast and need exceptional Business Development Directors to grow their footprint.

The three core services are:

• Site coaching (CEMs) – training site staff to recruit and enrol more effectively
• Patient support & retention – helping referred patients stay engaged

A human‑first model with local delivery in 70+ countries and 60+ languages. They cover Europe, North America, and APAC, with particular strength in Oncology and Rare Disease.

Led by the Global VP, the commercial team is ambitious, collaborative, and laser‑focused on delivering value to clients and patients alike.

This is a 100% new business role

Qualifications

• Experienced in BioPharma services or technology sales
• 5+ years in business development, selling to Clinical Operations buyers
• Confident, engaging, with the ability to build rapport easily
• A true hunter who loves building a pipeline and driving deals independently
• Ability to travel as and when necessary for key meetings
