The Opportunity
As a Delivery Consultant you’ll work as part of our dedicated Delivery Team, focusing on sourcing mid-to-senior-level Life Sciences professionals for our UK/Europe/US clients. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys the candidate management and delivery side of recruitment and wants to work in a high-performing environment without the focus on business development. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality talent solutions to some of the most innovative pharmaceutical and biotech companies in the world.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver mid-to-senior level professionals within the Life Sciences sector
- Partner with existing client relationships to help expand and strengthen those accounts
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to placement
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, and referrals
- Support contract recruitment across multiple regions (UK, Europe, and US)
What You Bring
- Previous experience in contract recruitment delivery or candidate sourcing
- Knowledge or interest in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sector (preferred but not essential)
- Experience managing the full recruitment process
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality delivery
- A proactive, organised, and relationship-focused approach
