This is a unique opportunity to step into a warm, established desk, inheriting a portfolio of active contractors and client accounts across multiple regions. You’ll take ownership of contractor care and client relationships, while also delivering on live roles and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the relationship and delivery side of recruitment, with a focus on long-term account value rather than cold business development.

  • Manage and support a portfolio of active contractors across the UK and Europe
  • Oversee contractor life cycle including timesheets, payments and general queries
  • Work on live roles from existing accounts - sourcing, screening and managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities to grow and maximise existing client accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams across i-Pharm Consulting, Apollo Solutions and Parallel Consulting

Previous experience in recruitment delivery and account management. Strong relationship building and management skills – confident speaking with both clients and candidates.
