As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work as part of our dedicated Key Accounts Team, developing client relationships, sourcing top talent, and driving business growth. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality talent solutions to some of the most innovative CRO’s in the Pharmaceutical space across the world. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that celebrates wins together and invests in your long-term success. This is a role where you can make a measurable impact - on your clients, your candidates, and your own career trajectory.

  • What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Develop and nurture new business opportunities through networking, outreach (lead generation, cold calling etc.) and market intelligence
  • Build lasting partnerships with clients and candidates across the Life Sciences sector
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle - from job brief to successful placement
  • Negotiate offers, close deals, and deliver outstanding experiences for all stakeholders

  • Proven experience in a 360-recruitment role (perm desk is preferable)
