We are seeking a meticulous and detail‑oriented Manual Tester to join our software quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive testing procedures to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of our software products. Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Perform manual testing across multiple platforms including web, mobile (Android and iOS), and desktop applications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet client needs and specifications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira or TFS; collaborate with developers for timely resolution.
- Perform regression testing following software updates or bug fixes to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, scripts, and reports.
- Analyse system logs and debug issues using debugging tools; perform root cause analysis for recurring problems.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions to understand project scope and contribute to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the development lifecycle by implementing best practices in software testing.
Requirements
