Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Software Engineer to join our innovative development team. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures using MySQL.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Perform unit testing and support system integration testing.
- Maintain technical documentation for developed applications.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing applications.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Java application development.
- Good experience with MySQL, including writing complex SQL queries, joins, indexing, database design, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of RESTful Web Services and API integration.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic front-end concepts is an advantage.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of Maven or Gradle build tools.
- Knowledge of application deployment and debugging.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms is an added advantage.
