I Need Staff Today Limited is a recruitment agency based in Codsall. We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation based in Wolverhampton, for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role We are looking for an organised and experienced Financial Services Administrator with previous experience working within the financial services sector.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support across day-to-day financial services activities, ensuring that records and documentation are accurate, processes are followed correctly, and work is completed efficiently and within required timescales.
Key Responsibilities Providing general administrative support within a financial services environment
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
Processing and reviewing financial information and documentation
Handling correspondence and responding to queries in a professional manner
Liaising with clients, colleagues and other relevant parties
Updating internal systems and databases
Assisting with the preparation and processing of financial documentation
Ensuring administrative procedures and company processes are followed
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements Previous experience working within the financial services sector is essential
Previous experience in a financial services administration role is highly desirable
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and computerised systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, professional and well organised
