Transport Coordinator
Location: Walsall
Salary: £30,000 per annum plus overtime opportunities
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm
- Saturday working on a rota basis (approximately 1 in 68 Saturdays)
- Saturday shifts are worked remotely from home
- Overtime paid where applicable

The RoleWe are seeking an organised and proactive Transport Coordinator to support transport operations and ensure efficient vehicle movements and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating daily transport and logistics activities
- Scheduling and monitoring vehicle movements
- Communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Managing transport-related documentation and records
- Resolving operational issues in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting continuous improvement of transport processes
- Previous transport, logistics, fleet, or planning experience is desirable
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Good computer literacy and administration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
