Job Description I Need Staff Today Limited, a recruitment agency based in Codsall, is recruiting on behalf of our client in Telford (TF3) for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
We are looking for an organised, reliable and proactive individual to provide administrative support to the sales team and help ensure the smooth running of daily sales operations.
Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the sales team.
Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate records.
Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email.
Preparing quotations, order confirmations and other sales documentation.
Liaising with customers and internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
Updating customer information and sales records on internal systems.
Monitoring order progress and assisting with delivery-related queries.
Handling general administrative duties as required.
Requirements Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is desirable.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Confident telephone manner and professional approach to customer service.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and computerised systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary & Working Hours £27,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
