Job Description
I Need Staff Today Limited, a recruitment agency based in Codsall , is recruiting on behalf of our client in Telford for an experienced Machine Operator to join their team.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual with previous industrial experience who can work safely and efficiently in a busy production environment.

Key Responsibilities Operating machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with training and site procedures.
Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults or issues.
Checking products to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
Following production instructions and meeting daily targets.
Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
Following all health and safety procedures.
Assisting with general production duties when required.
Working as part of a team to ensure smooth production operations.
Requirements Previous industrial experience is essential.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.
Ability to follow instructions and work to established procedures.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Awareness of workplace health and safety.
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new processes and undertake relevant training.
