We are recruiting a Recycling Labourer with Forklift experience for a well-established recycling business based in Four Ashes, Wolverhampton. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has recent experience operating a forklift in a busy recycling environment.
Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 15:00
- Friday: 06:00 - 16:00
Pay: £12.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and handling paint for recycling
- Operating a forklift to move recycled products (approximately 25% of the role)
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following site safety protocols and supervisor instructions
- Handling hazardous substances or items safely
Requirements:
- Forklift experience (proof required)
- Ability to work in an open environment, approximately half inside, half outside; dress appropriately for the weather
- Bring a hot drink (non-alcoholic) to keep warm
