LINISHER DEFINITION
A linisher works with metal parts, using a linishing machine (a type of industrial sanding and polishing machine) to:
- Smooth rough edges on metal components
- Remove sharp edges, weld marks, or imperfections
- Prepare metal parts so they are safe, neat, and ready for use or painting
This is a hands-on, manual role in a manufacturing environment, usually standing for most of the shift.
