I Need Staff Today Limited is a recruitment agency based in Codsall. We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established metal fabrication company based in West Bromwich. Our client has built a strong reputation for producing high-quality steelwork and bespoke metal fabrications for commercial, industrial and construction projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Fabricator MIG Welder to their team.
The Role
- Fabricating and MIG welding stair components and associated steelwork.
- Working from engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Producing work to a high standard of quality and accuracy.
- Carrying out general fabrication duties as required.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Fabricator MIG Welder.
- Good MIG welding skills within a fabrication environment.
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- A keen eye for detail and pride in producing quality work.
- A reliable attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
