Overview
Technical Sales & Business Development Manager role at I. Municipalidad de Recoleta. Based from home, supporting the London/South East region. Requires a technical background and proven experience in developing and securing opportunities from the construction, civil engineering or infrastructure sectors.
This role provides support to the Sales Director and will lead the management and development of new and existing clients, focusing on maintaining net margins and providing regular business reporting on sales and business development matters.
Responsibilities
- Develop and secure new project opportunities while sustaining ongoing success with existing clients.
- Nurture profitable relationships with a wide cross section of clients and provide appropriate technical advice and guidance as required.
- Manage your own workload and effectively nurture clients.
- Provide regular progress reporting to management regarding potential opportunities.
- Maintain excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills to build long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients at all levels.
Qualifications
- Advanced technical sales expertise and client support experience in construction, civil engineering or related sectors.
- Demonstrable and advanced technical client development and management experience in a similar role.
- Full UK driving licence and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum qualification: HNC in a related discipline.
