We’re looking for a Campaign Delivery Executive to join our Operations team and play a key role in delivering seamless media campaigns.

About i-media

i-media is an intelligent motoring media network, combining data, insights, and pioneering technology. We connect brands with an engaged, media-starved audience through full-motion DOOH, in-app, and experiential advertising. Our multi-layered platform delivers both broadcast and targeted campaigns using data-driven insights, redefining how brands reach on-the-go motorists.

The Role

You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, and Systems teams to plan, schedule, and monitor campaigns while optimising our media inventory. This is an ideal opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and execute campaigns using Salesforce and Broadsign.
  • Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis to provide actionable insights.
  • Support sales teams with inventory and system expertise.
  • Record client bookings accurately and generate reports.
  • Monitor campaigns using third-party verification tools to ensure quality delivery.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects to improve campaign processes and systems.

Skills & Experience:

  • Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
