Up to £37,000 DOE Surrey/West Sussex

We are on the hunt for a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer for a successful and thriving gift & wellness brand. In this role you will be creating bespoke lines for leading retailers both here in the UK and internationally. You will be highly creative, have a commercial eye, and have experience working across packaging, gift, and creating product visuals. Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative, original designs & concepts based on private label and retailer briefs
  • Take inspiration from current and upcoming trends to create new and innovative designs for product and packaging
  • Conduct trend research and competitor analysis, being aware of the current market to ensure designs are trend-led and appropriate for the target customer
  • Supporting the sales team as needed with presentations for customer sales pitches
  • Generating high-quality artwork for product and packaging, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Designing cutter guides and incorporating back-of-pack information

Skills & requirements:

  • Highly creative with experience working to brief from retail clients, ideally across gifting, beauty and homewares
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite
  • Experience in packaging design, including creating cutter guides and packaging artwork layouts
  • Thrives in a fast-paced role and environment
  • Flexible, proactive & can-do approach
  • A great team player!
