We are looking for an ambitious, detail-driven Amazon & Marketplace Coordinator to join a fast-growing, homewares brand. Working within their Amazon and Marketplace team, you will ensure listings are accurate, optimised, compliant and performing at their best. This is a hands-on position offering real responsibility, ideal for someone who enjoys combining data analysis, platform optimisation and operational problem-solving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Amazon & Marketplace Operations
- Ensure new products are launched accurately and on time across all international Amazon territories
- Upload and maintain product imagery, videos, A+ and shoppable content, including cross-sell optimisation
- Manage day-to-day Amazon Vendor Central activity, raising cases and resolving issues via live chat
- Act as the main point of contact with UK and US warehouses to resolve delivery, chargeback and stock-related issues
- Manage order processing and work closely with the finance team to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Analyse monthly warehouse invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Optimisation, Data & Reporting
- Optimise product listings to improve visibility, conversion and performance
- Analyse sales data, search terms and customer reviews, sharing insights with the wider business
- Present findings and performance updates at monthly meetings
- Provide regular marketplace reporting to support commercial and marketing decision-making
- Marketplace & Website Support
- Support optimisation of DTC websites across UK, USA and EU markets
- Manage product image updates, descriptions, tagging and collection imagery
- Build and update landing pages in collaboration with the Marketplace Manager
- Support new marketplace launches (e.g. major retailers and wholesale platforms) by uploading and optimising listings
- SEO & Analytics
- Implement SEO updates including meta titles, descriptions, FAQs, collection copy and alt text
- Analyse website performance using Google Analytics across multiple territories

- Proven experience working with Amazon (Vendor Central required)
- Experience managing or supporting online marketplaces and e-commerce operations
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with data and reporting

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A proactive and enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and continuous improvement
