Job Description

A leading, design-led brand is looking for a charismatic and customer-focussed Retail Store Manager. This global business already has an expansive and very successful retail presence across Europe and are market leaders in their field.You will be an experienced and confident retail salesperson who is very Brand aware, and someone who puts the customer experience at the heart of everything they do. You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and mentor your team, whilst being proactive and organised to successfully manage the daily operations of the store, track inventory, and undertake sales reporting. Your line manager will not be based in the UK, so you must also be a confident decision maker, and thrive working in a role autonomously.This is a great opportunity to join a progressive brand that is experiencing huge growth and success.Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and driving sales, and inspiring and motivating your team to surpass targets
- Delivering exceptional service, fostering strong customer relationships, and building brand loyalty
- Possessing expert product knowledge and training the sales team to become experts themselves
- Owning the store's visual merchandising, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and creating captivating window displays
- Tracking and managing inventory, optimising stock levels, and effectively planning intake
- Managing daily store operations, including creating and managing the team rota, to ensure sales goals are met
- Providing sales reports to the regional manager, participating in sales meetings, and offering valuable recommendations based on customer and market feedback
- Handling cash flow, floats, and bank transfers to ensure smooth financial operations
- Training, supporting, developing, and mentoring the sales team to unleash their full potential
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining store upkeep
- Taking charge of recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members
