This is working within a brand incubator team of an existing and established business who have already scaled high-performing brands, so you’re getting the best of both worlds – the start-up excitement and agility with the finance and stability behind you.
As Marketing Manager, you’ll work across the multi-brand portfolio, leading creative direction, social strategy, content development, and brand identity. Working closely with a Marketing Executive, you’ll bring clarity, vision, and momentum, crafting standout content, driving community growth, and ensuring every brand shows up consistently and impactfully across all digital touchpoints. One brand has already launched and is showing hugely promising signs – this is such a great time to join this established business in their newly created role. Key Responsibilities- Define and develop the brand identity, tone of voice and positioning for three distinct lifestyle brands
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, from social content to campaign visuals and ecommerce assets
- Lead creative direction across ecommerce shoots, campaign shoots and social-first content
- Manage shoot planning including mood boards, styling, photographer selection, and on-set guidance
- Identify cost-effective and creative ways to produce high-impact content
- Build and execute a test-and-learn social strategy tailored to each brand
- Oversee day-to-day social activity, ensuring regular posting, engagement and community growth
- Develop engaging social campaigns that build brand awareness and drive audience interaction
- Work closely with Marketplace, DTC and Wholesale teams to optimise imagery, PDPs and brand storytelling
- Ensure all marketing activity aligns with trading priorities and seasonal launches
- Mentor and guide a Marketing Executive, overseeing shoot logistics and content delivery
- Bring an entrepreneurial, resourceful mindset – comfortable being both strategic and hands-on
- Experience working in a start-up or lean, fast-paced fashion, lifestyle or consumer brand
- Strong creative instinct with the ability to build and shape brand identities from scratch
- Hands-on experience with shoot production, organisation, and visual direction
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and digital-first content
- Proven ability to grow and engage social communities
- Confident managing content calendars and ensuring consistent brand output
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership and moving quickly
