We’re working with a fast‑growing lifestyle brand to find a Junior Product & Graphic Designer to join their creative team. Known for developing distinctive, design‑forward products for a global retail audience, this business offers an exciting environment for someone looking to build their career across both product and packaging design.
This is a hands‑on, entry‑level role where you’ll support the development of new concepts from idea through to production. You’ll gain exposure across the full design process, working closely with experienced designers and cross‑functional teams to bring innovative products to life.
Key Responsibilities- Product & Packaging Design
- Assist in the creation and development of new product ideas and packaging concepts
- Produce sketches, visuals and digital mock‑ups to communicate design intent
- Contribute to the development of packaging artwork and layouts
- Ensure designs align with brand identity and commercial objectives
- Stay up to date with trends across product, gifting and packaging
- Help create accurate, print‑ready files and technical specifications
- Creative Support
- Work closely with design, sourcing and marketing teams to support project delivery
- Assist in preparing presentations, concept boards and internal reviews
- Maintain organised design files and documentation
- Support ad‑hoc creative tasks as required across the team
- Degree (or equivalent) in Product Design, Graphic Design or similar
- Previous internship or placement within a design role
- A portfolio showcasing both product and graphic/packaging design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong creative eye with attention to detail and layout
- Exposure to consumer products, gifting or packaging design a benefit
- Ability to communicate ideas visually and clearly
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn within a fast‑paced environment
