They are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join their team to look after and develop a selection of trade accounts across the fashion, retail, and publishing sectors.
Having an active role in new product development and idea generation for your accounts, you will be both commercial and creative, so an interest in textiles or a creative background would be ideal. If you have a love of sales, a creative eye, and a desire to build your career with an amazing business with exceptional core values, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing key customer accounts with a personal, high-touch approach
- Driving new business through outbound activity and identifying new opportunities within the market
- Pay an active part in idea generation for new products, having a commercial eye and being aware of market trends to bring innovation and commerciality to new product development
- Leading projects end-to-end, from initial enquiry and sampling through to final production
- Building strong relationships with our India team to deliver seamless production
- Keeping systems, pipelines, and order tracking accurate and up to date
- Attend customer meetings to build relationships
- Overseas travel to the vendor base as needed
- Being a passionate brand ambassador
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales or account management
- Background in / interest in fashion, retail, publishing, or a related product-based business a benefit
- A confident communicator who can influence and build relationships at all levels, with a proven ability to grow and develop accounts
- A genuine interest in joining a fair trade, sustainable and ethical business
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Proactive, driven, and results-oriented
- A creative, forward-thinking mind – with a proactive, positive approach and the drive to help an ethical company do more!
