We’re searching for a Senior Brand Designer to lead the creative vision and visual storytelling for a modern, fast‑growing fashion and lifestyle brand. This is a pivotal role where you’ll shape the brand’s aesthetic across digital, print, and motion, crafting content that connects, inspires, and elevates perception.
As a creative lead within a growing, dynamic team, you’ll drive the end‑to‑end design process – from initial concept to final execution – ensuring every touchpoint feels elevated, cohesive, and unmistakably on‑brand. You’ll mentor a Junior Designer, oversee image retouching, and manage workflows to keep creativity flowing smoothly across campaigns and channels.
This opportunity is ideal for a multidisciplinary designer who thrives at the intersection of fashion, lifestyle, and digital innovation – someone with an eye for style, a love for storytelling, and the confidence to lead creative output for a brand with heart and purpose.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Content Design: Create and oversee design across digital, print, and motion, including website assets, email campaigns, paid and organic social, lookbooks, packaging, and OOH.
- Video & Motion Content: Produce compelling, story‑driven video and motion content that brings the brand’s world to life across social and digital platforms.
- Retouching Oversight: Maintain premium‑quality imagery by directing and supporting retouching workflows, providing hands‑on input during high‑volume periods.
- Brand Consistency: Safeguard and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring every piece of content aligns with its creative DNA and high aesthetic standards.
- Workflow Management: Streamline design processes from brief to delivery, ensuring efficient collaboration and creative excellence across all outputs.
- Mentorship: Guide and inspire a Junior Designer and Retoucher, fostering growth, innovation, and craft within the team.
- Innovation & AI Tools: Experiment with AI and emerging design tools to enhance creative workflows, elevate visual impact, and push design boundaries.
You’re an experienced designer with a refined aesthetic, a passion for premium fashion and lifestyle brands, and a portfolio that demonstrates range, creativity, and storytelling flair. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on craft, and you’re as comfortable designing a campaign identity as you are editing a short‑form video or directing an editorial shoot.
Experience & Skills- 5+ years’ experience within fashion, lifestyle, or creative brand environments. Working within fashion is not essential.
- A standout portfolio showcasing digital, motion, and print design for premium or trend‑led brands.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong e‑commerce and image retouching sensibility.
- Excellent understanding of brand identity systems and maintaining consistency across multiple channels.
- Experience mentoring or leading creative team members.
- Confident communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with marketing, e‑commerce, and production teams.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
You’ll be joining a brand that’s redefining what comfort, creativity, and conscious design look like. Expect to work in a collaborative, ideas‑driven culture, where creativity is celebrated, and where your work has a direct, visible impact on how people experience the brand.
If you’re ready to take ownership of a brand’s creative identity and build beautiful, meaningful design we’d love to hear from you.
