An opportunity for a Weighbridge Administrator has arisen with the local authorities on a 3 Month contract Pay Rate: £13.26 Per Hour (PAYE) plus Holiday pay. Location: NP20 2NS Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 5:30 PM Job Purpose: We are seeking a detail-oriented Weighbridge Administrator to manage the weighbridge operations efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth vehicle weigh-ins and weigh-outs, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service to drivers and site personnel. Key Responsibilities: Operate the weighbridge system to record vehicle weights accurately. Ensure all incoming and outgoing loads are weighed and documented correctly. Issue and process weighbridge tickets, invoices, and relevant documentation. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for compliance and auditing purposes. Conduct basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Identify and resolve discrepancies in weight records and documentation. Monitor and report any issues with the weighbridge system. Key Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative or weighbridge-related role (preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Weighbridge software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
