Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee quality assurance activity within Children’s Social Care
- Manage and coordinate monthly practice audits and thematic audits
- Identify key learning from audit activity and quality findings
- Facilitate learning forums to ensure lessons are embedded into practice
- Support preparation for Ofsted inspections and monitoring visits
- Contribute to driving continuous practice improvement across the Quality Assurance service
- Strengthen quality assurance capacity to support service development
Person Specification:
Must-Have Requirements:
- Significant experience within Children’s Social Care
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance frameworks and audit processes
- Experience supporting or preparing for Ofsted inspections
- Ability to analyse practice, identify learning, and promote improvement
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
- Experience leading thematic audits
- Background in service improvement or performance management
