Pay Rate: £20.55 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative and business support to the team.

Ensure effective communication within the department.

Manage and organize meetings, including scheduling and preparation of materials.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Person Specifications

Must Have

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication abilities.

Proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office.

Experience in administrative or business support roles.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

Experience in a council or public sector environment.
