Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the public with the safe disposal and recycling of household waste.
- Advise customers on correct waste segregation and recycling procedures.
- Direct vehicles and manage site traffic safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised recycling centre.
- Carry out manual handling duties, including handling hazardous waste where required.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify and report hazards or unsafe practices.
- Process customer payments for chargeable waste accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote safe site use.
- Support the site in maximising recycling and environmental compliance.
