Job Description

Parking Dept and Complaints Officer \\n\\nLocation: 160 Tooley Street, Southwark, SE1 2QH\\n\\nStart Date: ASAP                                                \\n\\nContract Duration: 3+ months\\n\\nWorking Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week\\n\\nPay Rate: £ 19.94 per hour\\n\\nJob Ref: OR15481\\n\\nJob Responsibilities\\n\\nDeliver timely and effective services for the Parking and Network Management team and the council.\\n\\nProduce high-quality work consistently.\\n\\nEvaluate evidence in cases of complaints, member inquiries, or appeals against Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) at the warrant stage.\\n\\nReconcile and monitor parking income and performance of Enforcement Agents.\\n\\nRespond to Statements of Truth (SOT) and N244 forms.\\n\\nCoordinate with TEC, local county court, Enforcement agencies, and handle Breathing Space and DRO.\\n\\nManage correspondence and stage 1 complaints at the Warrant of Control (WoC) stage.\\n\\nPerson Specifications\\n\\nMust Have\\n\\nAt least 1 year of parking services back office experience.\\n\\nKnowledge of parking legislation, including CPR 75.\\n\\nNice to Have\\n\\nExperience in handling complaints.\\n\\nDISCLAIMER: By applying for this vacancy, you consent to your personal information being shared with our client and any relevant third parties we engage with, for the purpose of assessing your suitability for the role.
