Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: Β£30.56 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments in clients' homes and write reports in the office.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring client safety and compliance with laws.
  • Work with other professionals to support clients' needs and independence.
  • Prepare reports and maintain detailed client records.
  • Plan and provide necessary services and aids for daily living.
  • Collaborate with health professionals and community organizations.
  • Promote clients' independence and rights.
  • Engage in professional development and training.
  • Supervise staff and contribute to team meetings.

Person Specifications:

Must Have:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registered with the Health Care Professions Council.
  • Experience in social care and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Empathy, resilience, and time management skills.
  • Access to a vehicle.
  • IT skills for data management.

Nice to Have:
