Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments in clients' homes and write reports in the office.
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring client safety and compliance with laws.
- Work with other professionals to support clients' needs and independence.
- Prepare reports and maintain detailed client records.
- Plan and provide necessary services and aids for daily living.
- Collaborate with health professionals and community organizations.

Person Specifications:
Must Have:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Registered with the Health Care Professions Council.
