Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments in clients' homes and write reports in the office.
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring client safety and compliance with laws.
- Work with other professionals to support clients' needs and independence.
- Prepare reports and maintain detailed client records.
- Plan and provide necessary services and aids for daily living.
- Collaborate with health professionals and community organizations.
- Promote clients' independence and rights.
- Engage in professional development and training.
- Supervise staff and contribute to team meetings.
Person Specifications:
Must Have:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Registered with the Health Care Professions Council.
- Experience in social care and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Fluent in English.
- Empathy, resilience, and time management skills.
- Access to a vehicle.
- IT skills for data management.
