Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the systems and processes related to SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) within the council.
- Ensure effective and efficient operation of all systems, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with SEND regulations and guidelines.
- Lead system upgrades and implementations to improve service and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and address any issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure data integrity and security within all systems related to SEND.
