Job Responsibilities:
- Provide modern administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and Directors.
- Build strong relationships with senior officers and colleagues.
- Help Directors manage their divisions by planning agendas and ensuring key actions are completed.
- Understand complex information related to the division's business.
- Work with internal teams to support the Senior Leadership Team in best practices and culture change.
- Provide backup support for the Executive Support Manager when needed.
