Location: 1 Catford Road, Catford, London, SE6 4RU

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 4+ Months

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: Β£20.55 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide modern administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and Directors.
  • Build strong relationships with senior officers and colleagues.
  • Help Directors manage their divisions by planning agendas and ensuring key actions are completed.
  • Understand complex information related to the division's business.
  • Work with internal teams to support the Senior Leadership Team in best practices and culture change.
  • Provide backup support for the Executive Support Manager when needed.

Person Specifications:

Must Have:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Good understanding of complex information and priorities.
  • Experience in supporting senior management.
