Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all people and HR functions across the organisation.
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with council objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to senior management on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and staff engagement programmes.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Drive change management initiatives to support organisational transformation.
- Act as a key advisor on remuneration, benefits, and reward strategies.
- Ensure the effective delivery of HR services to all departments.
