Job Responsibilities:
- Analyse complex housing and asset datasets to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Identify and address data quality issues, duplication, and process inefficiencies across housing services.
- Support asset lifecycle planning and investment programmes using data-driven insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, heatmaps, and performance metrics to monitor and communicate key information.
- Enable predictive maintenance and risk-based service delivery models through data analysis.
- Collaborate with Housing, IT, and other stakeholders to improve systems, processes, and data usage.
- Contribute to digital and transformation initiatives within the Housing Directorate.
- Produce business analysis outputs, including process maps, requirements documentation, and project reports.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, data governance, and ICT security standards.
- Liaise with system providers regarding improvements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
