Handle telephone calls from the public, police, healthcare professionals, teachers, and partner agencies.

Gather accurate and detailed information by asking appropriate questions.

Record information clearly and accurately on internal systems.

Ensure all case details are factual, complete, and submitted to Children s Social Care.

Provide professional, empathetic, and confidential customer service.

Manage sensitive and potentially distressing calls calmly and professionally.

Use Microsoft Office and internal databases to maintain accurate records.

Follow safeguarding procedures and organisational policies at all times.

Person Specification Previous customer service or call handling experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
