Job Responsibilities
- Provide legal advocacy and advice on behalf of Gloucestershire County Council.
- Represent the Council in court proceedings and hearings as required.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and case files in line with professional standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies.
- Liaise with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders professionally and promptly.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in law and legal practice that affect Council activities.
