Job Responsibilities:
- Edit and update web content to ensure it is current, accessible, and meets guidelines.
- Proofread articles before publication for clarity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content is user-focused and evidence-based.
- Support the communications team with intranet and social media content.
- Guide content owners to keep information relevant and consistent.
- Identify technical issues and refer them to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain content standards with a focus on accessibility and security.
- Monitor website performance and address issues promptly.
- Use web analytics to inform content decisions and improvements.
- Work with third-party suppliers to ensure smooth website operation.
- Contribute to digital projects as directed.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
- Support the creation of new websites or microsites.
