Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing and documenting business processes to identify potential areas for automation and improvement.
- Support the development, testing, and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure RPA solutions are aligned with business needs.
- Participate in RPA training sessions and workshops to gain hands-on experience and deepen understanding of RPA tools and techniques.
- Assist the RPA development team with the design, testing, and implementation of automation solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of RPA processes, workflows, and solutions.
- Provide general administrative support to the RPA team, including tracking progress, managing tasks, and maintaining records.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist in process analysis and automation opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of business processes, workflows, and the potential for automation.
- Enthusiasm for technology and automation, with a genuine interest in learning about RPA.
