We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inclusive Employment Manager to lead and shape the Connect to Work programme delivery - part of Gloucestershire County Council's Employment and Skills Hub. As part of the Hub's leadership team, you will play a central role in supporting individuals with a wide range of needs and barriers to sustainable employment. You will manage Team Leaders responsible for various delivery areas, ensuring high-quality performance, effective resource deployment, and a person-centred approach that promotes independence and long-term outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Connect to Work programme, overseeing performance, quality, workforce planning, and the effective use of resources.
  • Line manage and support Team Leaders through regular supervision, coaching, and professional development.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with supported employment frameworks and DWP requirements, providing accurate reporting and data analysis.
  • Promote the service internally and externally, building strong relationships with partners, employers, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of inclusive employment across the county.
  • Support a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience working with people who face barriers to employment or within inclusive employment settings.
  • Proven background in team and performance management, HR procedures, and safeguarding.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in handling complex situations and quality assurance processes.
