Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the logistics team, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
- Supervise, support, and motivate team members to achieve operational targets and maintain high performance standards.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Monitor service delivery and ensure that all logistics operations comply with organisational policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
