Responsibilities

  • Manage adult safeguarding cases, including case management, evidence gathering, risk assessment, and decision-making for protection needs.
  • Apply adult safeguarding legislation and principles effectively.
  • Chair multiagency meetings to develop and implement risk management and reduction plans.

Person Specification

  • Minimum of 3 years of post-qualifying experience in adult safeguarding/adult MASH.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with individuals in crisis.
  • Confidence in leading and coordinating with partner agencies.
