Carpenter / Painter Decorator

Job Title: Carpenter / Painter/ Decorator (4-Month Contract, with Possible Extension)

Pay Rate: PAYE: 23.00 Per Hour PAYE

Working Hours: 37 Hours Per Week

Job Purpose:

We are seeking to appoint a Painter/ Decorator. They will be multi-skilled but have a qualification or suitable experience in painting and decorating

The job role is to decorate our void properties & to provide damp and mould treatment works in our tenanted properties. The rate is 23/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry work, including framing, finishing, and repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials.
• Install doors, windows, and fixtures.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Ensure work is completed to high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter.
• Proficient in carpentry techniques and tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Safety-conscious and reliable.
