Contract Duration: 5+ Months

Working Hours: 37 hours per week (09:00-17:00)

Pay Rate: £20.29 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of HR systems or the HR element of an ERP system
  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Analyse current processes and recommend improvements
  • Work closely with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand needs
  • Design and facilitate workshops as part of the implementation plan
  • Produce clear documentation, including process maps and functional specifications
  • Support testing, data validation, and system configuration where required
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue resolution
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders

Person Specification:

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience working on HR system implementation or the HR module of an ERP system
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to design and lead workshops
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

  • Experience working within a local authority or public sector environment
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practice
  • Experience supporting system testing and implementation projects
