Job Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of HR systems or the HR element of an ERP system
- Gather and document business requirements
- Analyse current processes and recommend improvements
- Work closely with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand needs
- Design and facilitate workshops as part of the implementation plan
- Produce clear documentation, including process maps and functional specifications
- Support testing, data validation, and system configuration where required
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue resolution
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders
Person Specification:
Must-Have Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working on HR system implementation or the HR module of an ERP system
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to design and lead workshops
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
