Position: Head Of Organisational Development

Location: 4 Manchester Road, BD5 0QL

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 3+ Months

Working Hours: 36 hours per week

Pay Rate: PAYE: £313.00 per day

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support organisational development activity across the council
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of people and workforce strategies
  • Support change management and improvement initiatives
