I and J Bushell undertake a wide range of Groundworks, Excavation and Agricultural Contracting for a variety of clients with works ranging from small domestic projects through large commercial projects. We are a family owned and run company with a good client base and are expanding due to our current work load and upcoming contracts and jobs.
We are looking for a 360 Excavator Operator to assist us with current projects which range from small works, landscaping and environmental projects to housing developments/minor civils and infrastructure works.
Sites based across Surrey, some areas of South London and the surrounding areas, with some long term projects and some small works projects for shorter durations.
Full time work available for the duration of the contracts, subject to trial, with further work available for the right candidate.
Experience/ Requirements
Valid CPCS Card- Experienced Operator- 360 Excavator Above and Below 10 Tonnes with Lifting Ops
Additional CPCS Qualifications a big advantage but not required
CIS Registered- Self Employed Role
Minimum 5 years experience operating excavators ranging from 0-20 Tonnes, working on a variety of projects. Experience with tiltrotators required or evidence of willingness to learn and look after equipment. Must be willing to get out of the machine and help where required.
The right candidate must be reliable, physically fit, demonstrate good self motivation, problem solving skills, communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team.
Good organisation and good level of written and spoken English language required.
Must be located within 45 minute drive of Carshalton/Banstead and willing to travel to sites within 1 -1.5 Hours of Carshalton/ Banstead
