Role Description

The Account Manager is a full-time role based in Faygate (West Sussex) with a hybrid working arrangement, combining on-site and work-from-home days.

This position manages a portfolio of cosmetic customer accounts, building strong relationships, understanding their ingredient and product requirements, and providing timely, accurate support.

Daily activities include handling inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, monitoring deliveries, and coordinating with internal teams such as logistics, quality, and finance to ensure smooth service.

The Account Manager will track sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and support business development initiatives within the pharmaceutical, nutrition, and animal feed markets.

The role also involves maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, attending relevant meetings or customer visits, and ensuring all activities comply with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications
