We are looking for an organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our Finance team, providing administrative and cost reporting support across our live construction sites throughout the Central Belt of Scotland.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will work closely with site management teams, Buyers and our Finance department to ensure project costs are accurately recorded and processed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships and making a real impact on project performance. This is primarily a site-based role, with occasional travel to our Head Office in Perth.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Collating delivery tickets and timesheets from site and accurately processing information into our COINS cost management system.
- Maintaining organised site filing systems to ensure records can be easily retrieved when required.
- Supporting site management teams with the timely submission of project cost information.
- Assisting with delivery, invoice and supplier queries by liaising with site teams, Buyers and Finance colleagues.
- Supporting month-end and year-end cost reporting processes.
- Working collaboratively with operational teams to ensure contract costs are accurate and up to date.
- Assisting with the ongoing development and improvement of our COINS reporting processes.
- Building strong working relationships across multiple departments and project teams.
- Ensuring compliance with company Health & Safety procedures and completing company training as required.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working with a variety of people across different project teams. You'll be confident managing your own workload, able to prioritise effectively and comfortable working to deadlines.
You'll also have:
- Experience working in a busy administrative or finance support role.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
- Excellent organisational and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to build positive working relationships across multiple teams.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Experience within construction, civil engineering or a project environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
