About The Role
We are currently seeking a SHEQ Co-ordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day administration, development, and delivery of our SHEQ systems. Working closely with the SHEQ Manager and site teams, you’ll help ensure our processes are compliant, our people are trained, and our documentation is accurate and audit-ready. Key Duties
- Provide administrative support to the SHEQ department.
- Assist with reports, presentations, meeting coordination, and minute taking.
- Support the implementation of SHEQ management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Maintain accurate records for inspections, audits, training, and incidents.
- Help coordinate toolbox talks, CPD sessions, and SHEQ communications.
- Promote SHEQ awareness and support a positive safety culture.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage workloads independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Desirable:
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Experience in a construction or civils environment.
- First Aid at Work qualification.
- Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Forms.
- Internal auditing experience.
