We are now recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Team at i Force Panattoni Park, Northampton on a Full time and permanent position.
Job Description Shift : Monday - Friday (days) 14:00 to 22:00 Salary from: £27,790.02 per annum, plus Team Leader allowance - £2,779.00 Your job duties will include but not limited to the following: Please be advised that the main job title will be Warehouse Colleague with Team Leader allowance.
Managing and motivating the team ensuring that productivity is achieved.
Developing and training all team members so that their contributions can be maximized.
Carrying out daily briefings ensuring that the team is kept up to date with all relevant information.
Ensuring that all areas of the warehouse comply with the Companies Health
