Job Description Shift : Monday-Friday 08:00am-16:00pm.
Job Description Your job duties will include but not limited to the following: Please be advised that the main job title will be Warehouse Colleague with Team Leader allowance.
Managing and motivating the team ensuring that productivity is achieved.
Developing and training all team members so that their contributions can be maximized.
Carrying out daily briefings ensuring that the team is kept up to date with all relevant information.
Ensuring that all areas of the warehouse comply with the Companies Health & Safety and hygiene policies.
Ensuring that the shift performance is achieved.
Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and conduct validations to ensure accuracy avoiding stockouts including efficient and safe storage of goods.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages or damages updating stock information on computer system and warehouse WMS.
Assemble customer orders from the order profile Ensure the correct amount of product is picked and built correctly and safely, onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse Qualifications Attention to detail.
Practical skills in inventory software (WMS, Microsoft Office) Good communication Strong organizational abilities Ability to work within a fast paced environment.
