We are now recruiting for a Warehouse Colleague with a Team Leader allowance to join our team at iForce Panattoni Park, Northampton on a full-time and permanent position.
Shift: Monday-Friday 08:00am-16:00pm.
Salary: £26,692.28 basic + 10% Team Leader allowance.
Your job duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Managing and motivating the team ensuring that productivity is achieved.
- Developing and training all team members so that their contributions can be maximized.
- Carrying out daily briefings ensuring that the team is kept up to date with all relevant information.
- Ensuring that all areas of the warehouse comply with the Companies Health & Safety and hygiene policies.
- Ensuring that the shift performance is achieved.
- Monitoring stock levels, performing cycle counts, and conducting validations to ensure accuracy avoiding stockouts including efficient and safe storage of goods.
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies, shortages or damages updating stock information on computer system and warehouse WMS.
- Assembling customer orders from the order profile.
- Ensuring the correct amount of product is picked and built correctly and safely, onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures.
- Maintaining high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
- Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.

- Practical skills in inventory software (WMS, Microsoft Office).
- Good communication.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work to targets within a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
