Brief Description: The Business Administration apprentice will support day‑to‑day administrative functions, helping the organisation run smoothly. They will provide efficient, professional support across the team while developing skills in communication, organisation, customer service and business systems.

Qualifications Required:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) at grade 4-9 or equivalent.

  • Using Microsoft Office and internal CRM/management systems
  • Inputting, updating, and retrieving information
  • Producing basic reports using templates or guidance
